These series offer options for 1, 2, or 4 channels and are available in HSSOP-16/HSSOP-14 packages, with an Rds(on) range from 8mΩ to 140mΩ. The chips feature precise current sensing, ideal for fault diagnosis, protection, and real-time monitoring of load currents.
